-1/4 teaspoon of black pepper

-a little chopped parsley

For immunity improvement

-2 tablespoons of apple cider vinegar

-1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil

-2 teaspoons of honey

-1 tablespoon of almond or peanut butter

-3 tablespoons Greek yoghurt

-3 tablespoons water

-1 minced garlic clove

-1 teaspoon of turmeric

Mix all the ingredients well until you get a smooth texture.
