48-Hour Weekend Liver, Colon and Kidney Detox that Will Remove All Toxins and Fat from Your Body

Breakfast: Quinoa with Prunes

Begin your day with a bowl of quinoa, rich in phosphorus, fiber, and protein. Add prunes, also rich in fiber and sorbitol.


  • 1 teaspoon of grated ginger
  • Half a cup of quinoa
  • 1 pinch of nutmeg
  • 1 cup of water
  • 1 tablespoon of flaxseed oil
  • 1/4 cup of rice milk
  • 1/3 cup of chopped prunes

Pour the cup of water and the half cup of quinoa in a bowl, and add 1 teaspoon of grated ginger, and a pinch of nutmeg. Stir the mixture until it starts boiling, after which you should lower the heat and simmer for 10 min covered with a pot. Add the rice milk and the prunes. Cook for another 5 minutes, with a cover. Before consuming it, add one tablespoon of flaxseed oil and stir well.

Snacks: Detox Drinks 

Prepare a detox drink with ginger, pineapple, and kale.

These ingredients help in kidney cleansing, digestion, and bile flow stimulation.

Needed ingredients:

  • 1/4 inch of ginger
  • Half a cup of pineapple
  • 1 bunch of kale. Remove the stems
  • 2 large cucumbers
  • Half a cup of mint
  • Half squeezed lemon

Mix the ingredients in a juicer.

Veggie snack

Mix radishes, cucumber, and celery slices, and add lemon juice, olive oil, salt and pepper.

Lunch: Fruit Smoothie


  • 1 tablespoon of ground flaxseed or chia
  • Half a cup of plain, unsweetened almond milk
  • ¼ cup of frozen blueberries
  • Half a cup of ice
  • ¼ banana

Mix the ingredients in a blender until it become smooth mixture.

The ingredients are good for the immunity, and detoxification of the liver.

Dinner: Vegetable Broth Soup 


  • 2 chopped celery stalks
  • 2 chopped red onions
  • 1 chopped fennel bulb with fronds and stalks
  • 2 teaspoons of sea salt
  • 2 teaspoons of caraway seeds
  • 1 cup of sliced shitake caps
  • 1 chopped cabbage
  • 4 large chopped garlic cloves
  • 2 tablespoon of paprika
  • 2 quarts of water
  •  2 tablespoons of chopped fresh oregano
  • Half a cup of chopped parsley
  • 8 sprigs of chopped parsley with stems and leaves
  • Freshly ground pepper

Boil everything, except the chopped parsley, and reduce the heat. Let it simmer for an hour, and serve it topped with chopped parsley.

These ingredients help the bile flow and the function of the gallbladder, and help liver and kidneys detoxification.
