A Breakfast Cooked While You Sleep!? Yes, It’s Possible!

In the evening, before you go to sleep, mix all the ingredients in a jar, and in the morning, when you wake up, you will have your breakfast ready. Simple, delicious and full of wonderful flavors.

You could not pass without tasting the fantastic experience of strawberries and chocolate. Prepare so that you add two tablespoons of honey, one teaspoon of cocoa, fresh cut strawberries and two dice of finely grated dark chocolate.

But, not until you try this combination of bananas and walnuts you have tried something good. This explosion of flavors will immediately wake you up and wish you a wonderful start of the day. Just add two tablespoons of maple syrup (or honey), 3 tablespoons of peanut butter, a finely sliced banana and a handful of walnuts to the base.

Time for fun, morning fun! Try to start the day with a pina colada, the results will surprise you! Add to the base a spoonful banana, two tablespoons coarsely crushed almonds, a handful of fresh pineapple and a spoonful of coconut flour.

Put the jar with your favorite combination in the fridge t stay overnight, and in the morning you will have a perfectly prepared interesting breakfast.
