Chinese-Style Fried Chicken, with Basil and Chilli !!!

- 3 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 4 cloves garlic, thinly sliced
- 3 red chillies
- 450 g chicken breast without skin
- 3 tablespoons Thai fish sauce
- 2 teaspoons soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 10 leaves fresh basil
Heat the oil in a large saucepan. Add the garlic and chillies and fry in oil over medium heat for a minute or two.
Add chicken to skillet sliced into cubes and fry until it changes color.
Stir in this Thai fish sauce, soy sauce and sugar. Continue to fry in oil for 3-4 minutes, or until chicken is fully cooked (baked) in a sauce.
Stir in basil leaves and serve.
