400 g of garlic
One liter of water
400 g brown sugar
Two teaspoons of turmeric
Small, peeled ginger root
In a bowl, pour water with brown sugar and wait until it boils. Then in the mixture, add the garlic, which is previously cut on a quarters. In the mixture, add the grated ginger root. Put turmeric.
