If you often have back pain, which is now an often case, try to use this natural remedy. All you need is one ingredient – ginger.
Chop fresh ginger root, about 100g, on minor handles or slices and pour boiling water over them. When it cools off to body temperature, remove the ginger, put it on a gauze and place it on the spot where you feel pain. Fasten it with a bandage and leave it overnight.
The pain should be gone the next day, but, if you feel pain again, then repeat the procedure until you completely remove the pain.
