This cream is very effective for arthritis and joint pain and you can make it at home. Its basic are the hot peppers that contain capsaicin (which is contained more in the chillier peppers).
How it works?
Even though this is a very chili cream and in the beginning it may be uncomfortable for submission, it is very efficient. Capsaicin completes neurotransmitters known as substance P, responsible for sending pain signals to the brain. If we block this substance and the pain signal, then it will be less or more into felt at all.
3 tablespoons minced hot peppers, chili pepper (the chillier the better)
1 cup grape seed oil (if you don’t have such oil, use almond as a substitute, olive or jojoba oil)
½ cup grated beeswax
Mix the chili pepper with the oil by choice and put it to stir on heat for about 5-10 minutes on medium heat. Then add the grated beeswax and stir until it melts and joins together completely. Cool the mixture in the fridge for 10 minutes and then mix it vigorously with a mixer or stirrer. Leave it in the fridge for another 10-15 minutes, and once again stir well before you store it in a suitable container.
The cream should be kept in the fridge and used when needed. If you have over-sensitive skin, moisten the area with some cream before applying this paste. Make sure the cream does not come in contact with the eyes and wash your hands immediately after using it.
