Disease prevention and overall health is not possible without a proper detox. If you have any of the following symptoms, you should immediately cleanse your body from the dangerous toxic ingredients in it.
–Insomnia – and other sleep disorders often occur when there is excess accumulation of toxins in the body tissue. They can cause blockage in circulation.
-Lack of Energy – Feeling continuously fatigued is a sign of toxic overload. Our energy levels are connected to our gastrointestinal tracts, so once you clear out the tract, the feeling of fatigue should go away.

–White or yellow-coated tongue – This is due to the build-up of toxins in the blood. The tongue’s resistance and of other fluids is reduced, and the saliva loses its power to fight the growth of micro-organisms. The tongue becomes a breeding ground for different molds and bacteria.
–Sinus congestion – sinus congestion is especially common after inhaling large amounts of toxins that are found in the polluted air.
–Bloating of the abdomen – negative emotions, stress, anxiety and anger often cause more toxins in the body. The symptom that occurs is bloating of the abdominal area.
–Gall bladder problems – due to toxins presence the bile released in the gallbladder from the liver is too concentrated. The thick bile also clogs the gallbladder or increases the risk of gallstones appearance.
–Increased belly fat – This happens because toxins mess with our body’s ability to balance blood sugar levels and metabolize cholesterol, which in time can lead to insulin dependence.
–Overheating of the body – the increased levels of toxins force to liver to work more. The liver becomes overheated and it overheats the body. Sweating appears at this point in order to cool down the body’s temperature and release the toxins through the skin’s pores.
Here are some ways to deal with the toxins in your body:
-Support your liver with things like dandelion tea, parsley, cilantro, and milk thistle.
-Drink more water — it will flush out the toxins out of your body.
-Exercise at least 30 minutes a day. Exercise gets the circulation moving, helping to move toxins along.
-Get a good daily supply of digestion-supportive probiotics, found in kefir, yogurt, sauerkraut, Kombucha tea, miso soup, tempeh, and kim chi.
-Always brush your tongue — even better, use a tongue scraper—when brushing your teeth.
-Practice deep breathing — we get rid of a lot of the toxins in our bodies through our lungs.
