Doctor Clemens realized that the physical reactions of his patients are connected to external allergens such as pollen, dust, or particular types of food.
Nowadays, the number of people who suffer from allergies has increased and people are not even aware of that.
Some conditions like obesity, digestive problems, fatigue, dizziness, high blood pressure, depression, asthma, constipation, migraine, anxiety and so on are caused by food allergies.
Before you decide to have complicated and expensive tests for allergies, try this simple allergy test which you can do at home.
The test is about foods and drinks. You should not be stressed out when you are doing the test, and what is of crucial importance is that you should be healthy, without colds, infections or similar conditions.
It is important not to eat several hours before doing the test. For this reason, it is for the best to do the test in the morning, before you drink your coffee or have breakfast. You need a second hand and a bite of each food that you think you are allergic to. You need to be in a comfortable position and relax completely.
How to do the test correctly?
After 5 minutes of relaxing, measure your pulse rate by counting the beats for 60 sixty seconds. When those 60 seconds pass, write down the number of beats. Calm yourself after that, and take a bite of the food you think you are allergic to. Hold the bite in your mouth and then start chewing it occasionally, depends on the type of food. If you have tasted the food, measure your pulse rate for another 60 seconds. Keep the bite in your mouth the whole time.
Try to do this without any physical effort, that is, keep everything you need at hand. If you stand up or move suddenly, it will affect the heart and in that way influence the test results. When you have measured the pulse rate, spit the food and wash your mouth with water. Compare the results before and after the test and if the beats are increased for 5 or more beats in a second, you can write down that you are probably allergic to that food. Do not swallow the food you are testing.
You can do the same test with a different food as well. Keep the results that you have written down and repeat the test the next day. If the pulse rate is increased in both occasions, the chances that you are allergic to that food are big. Do not mix the food that you are testing, that is, do not take bites from different food at the same time. Make an effort to be away from phones or children when you are making the test, since any pressure from the outside can influence your pulse rate.
If you are a smoker, do not smoke 2 hours prior doing the test because smoking increases the pulse rate even to 10 beats a second.
