Home-made Natural Fluoride-free Toothpaste

We all know that the commercial toothpastes have toxic ingredients: sodium fluoride, sodium laurel sulfate, triclosan, artificial colors and aromas, propylene glycol and others. There are good natural toothpastes in the stores for healthy food, but after we read the ingredients, we will realize that we can make them at home – a lot cheaper.

Homemade toothpastes are simple and easy to make, also more reliable and healthier for our precious teeth. Sodium bicarbonate is not too abrasive for our teeth, so – this homemade paste is less abrasive from the one we buy at the stores. Advice: use soft brush with which you can massage the palates. We warn you that the homemade pastes don’t make foam because they don’t contain sodium laurel sulfate.

This recipe is different than the other recipes on the internet because it is not salty and the kids love it.

Let the paste to cool off.

Usage and keeping

You can press the paste from the tube or dip the brush in the glass pot where you keep the paste. You can also use a little spoon to take paste from the glass pot. Keep the paste away from heat and light because of the aethereal oils.
