Home–made Syrup for Spitting Out Slime From Your Lungs – Great for Children Too


This home-made syrup will help you eliminate and spit out the slime from your lungs, and the best thing about it is that it is good for children also.



1 tablespoon of root from Althea Officinalis

1 tablespoon of flax seed oil

1 tablespoon of sage oil

1 lemon, cut into pieces

1 glass of pure maple syrup (you can buy here pure maple syrup -> Coombs Family Farms 100% Pure Organic Maple Syrup – Grade B,32 oz )

Put the water in a pot to heat, add the pure maple syrup. Warm it to mid heat.

Add the rest of the ingredients in the pot and lower the temperature to low heat.

After 15 minutes, put the pot away and take out the upper coat (the foam from the herbs and the lemon)

Take one tablespoon of the syrup three times a day.

Use it until you feel better and until the cough disappears. Keep the syrup in the fridge.
