Not only that healthy teeth and gums are important for fresh breath and nice smile, but they are important for our health in general. Oral bacteria, inflammation, and similar problems can cause stroke, heart disease, kidney disease, oral cancer, irritable bowel syndrome, and diabetes.

- Oil Pulling
It destroys mouth bacteria, prevent decay and whitening of teeth, and it’s beneficial in the plaque-induced gingivitis treatment.
Put 1 tsp. of sesame oil in your mouth and after swishing it around for 20 minutes spit it. Rinse your mouth with warm water. Do this every day on an empty stomach.
