    Comfort – is not binding BG, the right and the bed (not too soft or too hard).

    Some food in my belly. A touch of sweetness, such as a donut hole not Snickers bar, and helps you sleep. Also a hot drink.

    No alcohol – which the nervous system irritation and will wake you up at night.

    Ear plugs – keep silent noise. Also white noise such as a fan or something – not too high.
