Powerful Soup of Garlic and Almond Milk Against Infections

One ingredient that you must have on your menu if you want strong and healthy immune system – is garlic.

This recipe is a combination of garlic, almond milk and olive oil. There is no cooking or heating.

It will help you as a natural protection from flu and cold, also for curing other infections that usually occur this time of the year.

You can count on it as a natural antibiotic, and us it without fear of damages.

Unlike the other winter soups, this one you can eat cold.



300 ml of almond milk

3 garlic cloves, well minced

White pepper and salt

1 teaspoon of extra virgin olive oil

½ teaspoon of apple cider vinegar


Pinch of black pepper

Fresh parsley

Couple of olive oil drops

Juice of half lime

Chopped almonds

How it’s done:

Put all the ingredients in a pot and mix them. Spice it as you wish and decorate it with couple of olive oil drops, parsley, almonds and lime.
