The parsley contains two groups of unique ingredients: aromatic oils that make it smell so strong and flavonoids, which in combination eliminate the toxins from the body.
- 1,5 l water
- 3 parsley bundles of a medium length
- 1 kg lemons
- A pinch of baking soda
Wash the lemons with baking soda, rub them well and keep them in cold water with baking soda for half an hour.
Boil the water, let it cool off and add the chopped parsley and lemons. Leave it covered in the fridge for 24 hours and mix it in a blender. Keep it in cold place and take 100ml of the drink a day.
