Cough and itching in our throat are the most irritating feels that can occur during winter season. They may not tie us to our bed, but they do exhaust our body throughout the day.
If you want a natural way to get rid of the boring pain in your throat and cough, then all you need is the bitter ginger tea.
This tea improves blood circulation and reduces stress, whilst in the winter months it is the best cure for sore throat.
- 1 teaspoon of minced fresh ginger
- 1 tablespoon of honey
- Juice from 1 squeezed lemon
- 250 ml of boiled water
How it’s done:
Put the fresh ginger in a kettle and pour the boiled water over it. Add the squeezed lemon juice and the honey when it cools a bit. Mix it and drink it as fast as you can.
Advice: It is best if you drink the tea before sleep, or in the morning, right after waking up.
