In the struggle with cellulite, water occupies an important place. With the water from the body are excreted harmful substances, and therefore we should rink at least two, even three liters of non-carbonated, natural mineral water. Avoid coffee and alcohol, they are conductive to the emergence and development of cellulite.
In addition to the diet, too little exercise, prolonged sitting, and the absence of any physical activity are the main reasons for the appearance of cellulite. Home-made pilling cream
