Watermelon-Cucumber Smoothie Will Help For Losing Weight

Refreshing drink made of fresh fruits and vegetables, popularly known as smoothie, the best thing you can do for your body.

Although, all combinations of fresh ingredients are welcome, but we show you a recipe for a pink drink that will help you to remove fat from the body.



– 1/2 cup chopped fresh cucumber,

– 1 tablespoon of honey,

– 1 tablespoon lime juice or lemon,

– 2 cups chopped watermelon


Peel and clean the components of the kernel. Put the pieces of vegetables in the blender. Add lemon juice and honey. Optional add the occasional ice cube. Stir all in a blender and drink in the morning on an empty stomach or between meals.  This drink contains only few calories and will keep you fuller. This smoothie clean the kidneys, lowers blood pressure, regulates blood sugar and helps to regulate body weight
